We review your application
We verify your credentials and make sure the program is the right match. This typically takes 3–5 business days.
Approval & activation
Once approved, we send an invoice for the €300 annual membership. As soon as it's settled your account is active.
Start ordering on trade terms
Priority shipping, NET 30 invoicing and trade pricing apply to every order from day one.

- Any legitimately registered business — typically within the EU — whose activity is a good fit for our catalogue. We review each application individually.
- How long does the review take?

- Why a €300 annual fee?
- The €300 covers the operational cost of running the program — dedicated support, credit exposure on NET 30 terms, priority fulfilment and account management. It keeps the benefits meaningful for serious partners.
- Is the membership fee refundable?
- The fee is non-refundable once the account is activated. If we decline your application, nothing is charged.
- When do the benefits start?
- Immediately after your account is activated. Priority shipping, NET 30 invoicing and trade pricing all apply from your first order.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer for the membership fee and for NET 30 invoices. We can discuss alternatives on request.
