Our Rights & Remedies

  • Recover losses: We may pursue recovery of losses caused by fraud, including product value, shipping costs, chargeback fees, and administrative costs
  • Share information: We may share fraud data with payment processors, fraud prevention networks, and law enforcement as permitted by law
  • Legal proceedings: We will pursue civil and criminal remedies for confirmed fraud cases, including filing police reports and civil claims in Latvian courts
  • Permanent bans: Fraudsters are permanently banned from all our platforms and this ban extends to associated addresses, payment methods, and household members

Final Determination Authority

All determinations regarding fraud, abuse, and policy violations are made at our sole discretion based on available evidence. Our decisions are final and binding, subject only to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
