No. Dishwasher heat and prolonged water exposure crack and warp wood. Wash by hand in warm soapy water, rinse and dry standing on edge so both faces dry evenly.
How do you oil a wooden board?
Use food-safe mineral oil or a board butter, not olive or vegetable oil, which goes rancid. Apply a thin coat with a cloth, leave it a few hours or overnight, then wipe off whatever has not soaked in.
Can you cut on an acacia serving board?
Yes for light cutting, cheese, bread and fruit. For daily heavy chopping a thicker end-grain block is the better tool. Heavy knife work on a thin serving board scores it quickly.
Are coconut bowls food safe?
Yes. They are polished shell finished with food-safe oil. Hand wash in warm water, avoid soaking, and do not use them for hot soup or in a microwave or dishwasher.
Is the ceramic tableware dishwasher and microwave safe?
