It is made from straw. Because it is worked by hand from a natural material, grain, tone and weave vary slightly from piece to piece, so the one you receive will not be identical to the photograph.

Dust with a soft brush and wipe with a barely damp cloth only if needed. Straw absorbs water readily, so keep it dry and out of humid rooms. Let it dry fully before putting anything back inside.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are made by post and the return postage is paid by the customer. The item needs to come back in its original condition.
